Are you skeptical? You should. In this day and age, it is important to test and prove for yourself the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of different strategies.
Take the counting method of determining a market bottom, for example. since I originally shared this method, a handful of people questioned his ability to predict a market bottom.
And rightly so.
Case in point: the counting method is met twice since down ...the september pause.and is the market anyway.
This week the Dow has met the counting method again — and the s & P500 and NASDAQ followed today-but because the counting method did not predict a soil the last two times, it's hard to say whether it will be carefully this time.
What gives?
Well, deepened the mystery.
Our three different trade template flavors are all set up correctly, but they all give us different predictions.
Our trend continuation templates are predicting the market is just testing the long-term trend of the bear with this current rally and we must be prepared for more downward market trend reversal. Our template is predicting a turnaround has indeed happened — that showed that a soil-and we need to prepare for an up market. Our pattern modification template is predicting a horizontal channel and we for a sideways market and prepare possible breakouts. When we get mixed messages like these, we are in limbo until the markets maturing into a clear personality (also called a "balance point").Only the charts can "tell" which way to go. guess or speculate about the future is not a sound business principle.
With that in mind, I want to share with you a video I found particularly good. Adam of INO shows, how he is using the Fibonacci price retracement lines to guide him in his trade during this current market reversal. It is definitely worth taking 7 minutes to watch it now:

Pages: «1 [2] Show everythingExcellent work! the video is important to show your readers the importance of market Show when making investment decisions. I agree that market analysis and historical market trends during recessions point to a more soil before the next bull market.
I am selling covered call options and are still make decent profits by using this information.Even in bear markets there are stocks and industries that are performing well.Using proper fundamental and technical analysis and select the best strike prices is the formula for success. This is not rocket science! The last time have I I-T-M strikes sold.
Keep up the good work,

Yes, I want to learn to trade options with success.
I'm a little late to the comment on this post, but I thought the video was spot on.
Just to add, now that it's an almost 80% retracement which in my experience has an 80% chance of retracing 100% of the last stage to bottom has been reached.
Good stock to watch is Visa (V).
In a narrowed price range on both the weekly and daily charts with Bollinger Bands very tightly around the price action.
Visa had some strong upward movement combined with an inverted head & shoulders pattern on the daily chart.
Expected volume light but keep an eye on it if it turns into something with pre-Easter week in movement.
Overall, I personally remain bullish, but let the market tell me what it wants.
Good trade everyone.
A.J.,
This is a very unique and historic time in the stock market just tune in to a financial network and watch the diiverse opinions of market experts of the pyschology. market will play an important role in the final turnaround as trillions of dollars, currently sitting on the sidelines, make its way back to the stock market.
In my opinion, is another important point to factor in, that historically the pattern of the chart of the s & P 500 during recessions three different soils. we've got two so far. Based on this assessment, Adams is logical and note the name of the game must remain.
Keep up the good work,
Alan
